Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є вивчення та аналіз стратегій менеджменту транснаціональних корпорацій (ТНК) у відповідь на сучасні виклики та загрози. Дослідження має на меті забезпечити повне розуміння того, як ТНК орієнтуються в динамічному та складному бізнес-середовищі, сформованому глобалізацією, цифровізацією та технологічним прогресом. Основною метою є запропонувати практичні та теоретичні ідеї, які покращать наше розуміння стратегій управління ТНК у сучасному глобальному бізнес-середовищі. The object of the study is the management strategies used by transnational corporations (TNCs) in response to modern challenges and threats. The subject of the study is the complex dynamics of information technology (IT) in the strategies of MNCs, global governance and direction of IT development, as well as the strategies used by MNCs to overcome challenges and threats in the modern business environment. The purpose of the qualification work is to study and analyze management strategies adopted by transnational corporations (TNCs) in response to modern challenges and threats. The study aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of how MNCs navigate the dynamic and complex business environment shaped by globalization, digitalization and technological advancement.
