Предметом дослідження є теоретичні та методичні основи, принципи, методології та інструменти щодо підвищення економічної ефективності впровадження інновацій в бізнесі в умовах цифрових трансформацій. У першому розділі роботи проведено теоретичний аналіз підходів щодо економічної ефективності впровадження інновацій в бізнесі в умовах цифрових трансформацій. У другому розділі досліджено методичні підходи до управління інноваційним бізнесом і проєктами. У третьому розділі роботи запропоновано рекомендації щодо вдосконалення економічних підходів до впровадження інновацій у бізнесі з використанням цифрових інструментів. The object of the study is the process of increasing the economic efficiency of the introduction of innovations in business in the conditions of digital transformations. The subject of the study is the theoretical and methodical foundations, principles, methodologies and tools for increasing the economic efficiency of the introduction of innovations in business in the conditions of digital transformations. In the first section of the work, a theoretical analysis of approaches to the economic efficiency of introducing innovations in business in the conditions of digital transformations was carried out. Methodical approaches to innovative business and project management are explored in the second chapter.
