Мета кваліфікаційної роботи – вивчення теоретичних та практичних аспектів управління запасами на підприємстві та оцінки їхньої ролі у підвищенні ефективності роботи організації. Основними завданнями кваліфікаційної роботи є: розгляд теоретичних засад управління запасами; вивчення підходів та методів управління запасами; аналіз системи управління запасами для підприємства ПрАТ «Фірма ”Полтавпиво”» і надання практичних рекомендацій щодо її вдосконалення. The relevance of qualification work lies in the necessity substantiation of effective inventory management systems at enterprises to increase the efficiency of the enterprise. The purpose of the qualification work is to study the theoretical and practical aspects of inventory management at the enterprise and to evaluate their role in increasing the efficiency of the organization's work.
