У дослідженні використано економічний та порівняльний аналіз даних, що дало змогу вивчити сам процес прийняття управлінських рішень Тростянецької ОТГ. За результатами проведеної роботи розроблено пропозиції щодо вдосконалення та модернізацію управлінських процесів (у випадку Тростянецької об’єднаної територіальної громади). Практичні рекомендації органам місцевого самоврядування щодо підвищення ефективності здійснення державної політики щодо введення реформ децентралізації та комплексного розвитку всієї території країни. Представлено перелік рекомендацій та новітніх підходів щодо модернізації інфраструктури розглянутої території та запропоновано використання генеральної мети здійснення інфраструктурної та економічної модернізації Тростянецької громади In the master's graduation thesis, the practical and theoretical foundations of territorial community management systems are studied. Тaking into account the main mechanisms of financial support of communities and mechanisms for increasing efficiency through the implementation of financing of local authorities. Economic and comparative data analysis was used in the study, which made it possible to study the very process of making management decisions of Trostyanetska OTG. Based on the results of the work, proposals were developed for the improvement and modernization of management processes (in the case of the Trostyanets Territorial Community). Practical recommendations to local self-government bodies on increasing the effectiveness of state policy on the introduction of decentralization reforms and comprehensive development of the entire territory of the country. A list of recommendations and the latest approaches to the modernization of the infrastructure of the considered territory is presented, and the use of the general goal of infrastructural and economic modernization of the Trostyanets community is proposed popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
