Комплексно оцінивши фінансовий стан підприємства на предмет схильності до кризи було запропоновано методи вирішення цього питання. Було проведено аналіз шляхів та механізм прийняття стратегічних рішень у системі антикризового фінансового управління підприємством. Запропоновано комплекс заходів і стратегічних ініціатив з формування ефективної системи антикризових стратегій підприємства. Узагальнено основні аспекти виходу підприємства з можливих кризових умов. У роботі розглядається проблема прибутку та умови його збільшення, визначається природа витрат, природа прибутку та його вплив на прибутковість підприємств, що працюють в умовах ринку. Розглянуто практичні шляхи збільшення прибутку за різних умов. Також обговорюється фінансова політика. Всі ці питання особливо важливі сьогодні, коли вся українська економіка перебуває в серйозній кризі. The thesis analyzed scientific approaches to the essence of the concept of anti-crisis financial management of an enterprise and the basis of its strategy, investigated and analyzed the enterprise management system. Having comprehensively assessed the financial state of the enterprise for the subject of susceptibility to the crisis, methods of solving this issue were proposed. An analysis of ways and a mechanism for making strategic decisions in the system of anti-crisis financial management of the enterprise was carried out. A set of measures and strategic initiatives for the formation of an effective system of anti-crisis strategies of the enterprise is proposed. The main aspects of the company's exit from possible crisis conditions are summarized. The work examines the problem of profit and the conditions for its increase, determines the nature of costs, the nature of profit and its impact on the profitability of enterprises operating in market conditions. Practical ways of increasing profit under various conditions are considered. Financial policy is also discussed.
