Для досягнення поставленої мети та завдань були використані наступні наукові методи дослідження: систематизація та узагальнення інформації застосовано в теоретичному обґрунтуванні концепції конкурентоспроможності в контексті міжнародних венчурних інвестицій у сфері ІТ. Використання методу порівняння допомогло виявити загальні та відмінні переваги та недоліки ніш венчурного інвестування компанії SKELAR. Системний аналіз був застосований під час дослідження ефективності стратегії венчурного інвестування SKELAR та її проблемної ніші. Такий комплексний підхід до дослідження дозволяє зробити інформативний та різнобічний аналіз обраної теми. The purpose of this work is to study the essence of venture capital investments, their role and strategies in international business, detailed analysis and evaluation of venture capital investments in international IT products using SKELAR as an example. To achieve this goal and objectives there were used following scientific methods of research: systematization and generalization of information were applied in the theoretical justification of the concept of competitiveness in the context of international venture investments in the field of IT. The use of the comparison method helped to identify the common and distinct advantages and disadvantages of SKELAR company's venture investment niches. System analysis was applied during the study of the effectiveness of SKELAR's venture investment strategy and its problematic niche.
