Робота спрямована на визначення потенціалу та можливостей штучного інтелекту у покращенні ефективності бізнес-процесів та прийнятті обґрунтованих рішень для досягнення стратегічних цілей підприємства. Oб'єктом дослідження є система управління ефективністю підприємства на основі штучного інтелекту. Пpедметом дослідження є процеси використання штучного інтелекту для покращення управління ефективністю підприємства. У пеpшому pоздiлi «Теоретичні аспекти ефективності підприємства та штучного інтелекту» сформовано теоретичний базис у напрямку використання штучного інтелекту для управління ефективністю підприємства, включаючи його основні складові. У другому розділі «Науково-методичні підходи до застосування штучного інтелекту в управлінні ефективністю підприємства» міститься детальний розгляд використання штучного інтелекту для аналізу та прогнозування ринкового середовища підприємства, для управління ризиками та прийняття рішень на підприємстві та покращення якості продукції та послуг через уміння штучного інтелекту взаємодіяти з великими обсягами даних. У третьому розділі «Шляхи підвищення ефективності підприємства на основі використання штучного інтелекту», проведено аналіз головних показників ефективності та метрик для оцінки управління ефективністю підприємства та розглянуто шляхи покращення інтегрованих систем збору та аналізу даних для генерації інформації, що необхідна для управління. The purpose of this work is to find approaches to managing the efficiency of the enterprise based on the use of artificial intelligence. The work is aimed at determining the potential and capabilities of artificial intelligence in improving the efficiency of business processes and making informed decisions to achieve the strategic goals of the enterprise. The object of the research is the enterprise efficiency management system based on artificial intelligence. The subject of the research is the processes of using artificial intelligence to improve the management of the enterprise's efficiency. In the first part "Theoretical aspects of enterprise efficiency and artificial intelligence" the theoretical basis for the use of artificial intelligence for enterprise efficiency management, including its main components, is formed. The second chapter "Scientific and methodological approaches to the application of artificial intelligence in the management of enterprise efficiency" contains a detailed consideration of the use of artificial intelligence for the analysis and forecasting of the market environment of the enterprise, for risk management and decision-making at the enterprise and improving the quality of products and services through the ability of artificial intelligence to interact with large amounts of data. In the third chapter, "Ways to improve the efficiency of the enterprise based on the use of artificial intelligence", an analysis of the main performance indicators and metrics for evaluating the management of the enterprise's efficiency is carried out, and ways of improving integrated data collection and analysis systems for the generation of information necessary for management are considered. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
