Результати дослідження: охарактеризовано історією створення та основну діяльністю підприємства проаналізовано особливості організаційної структури управління підприємства; досліджено фінансові результати діяльності та собівартість послуг підприємства; проаналізовано конкурентоспроможність послуг ідприємства; проведено аналіз зовнішнього середовища підприємства; надано рекомендації щодо розвитку підприємства. Об’єктом дослідження є показники діяльності ФОП Яковенко Володимир Іванович. Предметом дослідження є відносини, що виникають у підприємства з елементами зовнішнього оточення. Практичне значення роботи полягає у наданні практичних рекомендацій щодо оптимізації діяльності та розвитку реальної компанії в сучасних умовах. The purpose of the work is to analyze the activity of the FOP in order to determine the prospects of its work. The results of the study: the history of the establishment and the main activity of the enterprise were characterized, the peculiarities of the organizational structure of the enterprise's management were analyzed; the financial results of the activity and the cost of the company's services were investigated; the competitiveness of enterprise services was analyzed; an analysis of the enterprise's external environment was carried out; recommendations on the development of the enterprise are provided. The object of the study is the activity indicators of the FOP Yakovenko Volodymyr Ivanovych. The subject of the study is the relations that arise in the enterprise with elements of the external environment.
