The relevance is due to the need to modernize the management system at the level of local self-government, because the implementation of project management can become a key factor in improving the quality of adoption and implementation strategic decisions. The purpose of the work is to study the prospects of implementing project management in the activities of local self-government bodies on the example of the Sumy City Council.
