Розглянуті вітчизняні та зарубіжні проєкти у сфері інтелектуальних ігор, виконаний їх порівняльний аналіз, виявлені ключові фактори успіху та недоліки, описані тенденції та прогнози майбутнього розвитку сфери інтелектуальних ігор. Проведений безпосередній аналіз квіз-проєкту «ГРАЙ» (ФОП Іванов О.О.), розглянуті особливості структури, методи управління, специфіка виконання проєкту, оцінка та аналіз його успішності і потенційні можливості масштабування та оптимізації. The thesis explores and describes the key theoretical concepts and methodologies of project management in the field of intellectual entertainment, the analysis of existing approaches to developing project management strategies, and the features of their application in the relevant context. Domestic and foreign projects in the field of intellectual games were considered, their comparative analysis was performed, critical success factors and shortcomings were identified, and trends and forecasts of the field of academic games were described. A direct analysis of the quiz project "GRAY" (entrepreneur Ivanov O.O.) was conducted, and the peculiarities of the structure, management methods, the specifics of project implementation, evaluation and analysis of its success and potential opportunities for scaling and optimization were considered. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
