У роботі проведено аналіз внутрішнього та зовнішнього середовища ПП «Грант-Сервіс». В результаті проведеного аналізу діяльності підприємства, автором було виявлено, що на даному етапі, на ПП «Грант-Сервіс» система стратегічного менеджменту не пристосована до функціонування в кризових умовах. Автором даної класифікаційної роботи було розроблено методологію стратегічного управління в кризових умовах для ПП «Грант-Сервіс» з метою забезпечення ефективного його функціонування в непередбачуваних ситуаціях і запропоновано Програму підготовки співробітників до розробки стратегій в кризових умовах. The theoretical foundations, concepts and essence of strategic management, the characteristics of crisis conditions, the essence and methods of anti-crisis management, and the peculiarities of strategic management in crisis conditions are explored in the work. The paper analyzes the internal and external environment of the PP "Grant Service". As a result of the analysis of the company's activities, the author found that at this stage, the strategic management system at the Grant-Service PE is not adapted to functioning in crisis conditions. The author of this classification work developed the methodology of strategic management in crisis conditions for PE "Grant-Service" in order to ensure its effective functioning in unforeseen situations and proposed the Program for training employees to develop strategies in crisis conditions. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
