У роботі розглянуто теоретичні основи та особливості функціонування системи якості надання адміністративних послуг (на прикладі Управління Державної міграційної служби України в Сумській області). Досліджено теоретичні засади системи управління якістю адміністративних послуг; здійснено аналіз стану та методів оцінювання якості адміністративних послуг на сучасному етапі; розроблено пропозиції щодо удосконалення системи якості надання послуг органами виконавчої влади. The relevance of the work lies in the fact that despite the reforms that have already taken place in the field of service provision, the problem of building an effective quality management system requires finding new approaches and standards for its solution. The paper examines the theoretical foundations and features of the functioning of the quality system for the provision of administrative services (on the example of the Office of the State Migration Service of Ukraine in the Sumy region). The theoretical foundations of the quality management system of administrative services have been studied; an analysis of the state and methods of assessing the quality of administrative services at the current stage was carried out; proposals for improving the quality system of service provision by executive authorities were developed. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
