Вони вважаються стратегічними інструментами для прийняття рішень в державних та суспільних організаціях, засобом зміни несприятливих або проблемних ситуації на позитивні суспільні аспекти, а також технічним вираженням рішень для проблем, що становлять загальний інтерес. Залучення громади є важливим на всіх етапах реалізації будь-якого проекту соціального розвитку. Тому важливим є визначення особливостей соціального проектування в контексті задоволення потреб населення, зокрема м. Суми. В роботі досліджено теоретичні засади реалізації соціальних проектів, їх роль у задоволенні потреб громади, а також особливості розвитку соціального проектування в м. Суми. Проаналізовано особливості реалізації проектів соціального розвитку в Україні, наведено порівняльний аналіз вітчизняного та зарубіжного досвіду впровадження соціальних інновацій, а також досліджено вплив методів менеджменту та проектних менеджерів на успішність реалізації соціальних проектів. В дослідженні проаналізовано процес управління соціальними проектами м. Суми, визначено актуальні потреби громади та перспективи розвитку соціального проектування в м. Суми. The relevance of the research is due to the fact that social projects play an important role in the development of society all over the world. They are considered strategic tools for decision-making in state and public organizations, a means of changing unfavorable or problematic situations into positive social aspects, as well as a technical expression of solutions for problems of general interest. Community involvement is important at all stages of the implementation of any social development project. Therefore, it is important to determine the features of social design in the context of meeting the needs of the population, in particular, the city of Sumy. The paper examines the theoretical foundations of the implementation of social projects, their role in meeting the needs of the community, as well as the peculiarities of the development of social planning in the city of Sumy. The peculiarities of the implementation of social development projects in Ukraine are analyzed, a comparative analysis of domestic and foreign experience in the implementation of social innovations is given, and the influence of management methods and project managers on the success of the implementation of social projects is also investigated. The study analyzed the process of managing social projects in the city of Sumy, determined the current needs of the community and the prospects for the development of social planning in the city of Sumy. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
