У першому розділі роботи досліджено сутність та класифікацію грошових потоків на підприємстві, проведено аналіз публікацій, пов’язаних із управлінням грошовими потоками на підприємстві, розглянуто особливості управління грошовими потоками підприємства і методичні підходи до управління грошовими потоками на підприємстві. У другому розділі проведене дослідження стану підприємства та ефективності управління його грошовими потоками. У третьому розділі проаналізовані напрями удосконалення управління грошовими потоками підприємства і їх оптимізація. The purpose of the qualification work is to reveal the theoretical and practical aspects of cash flow management as a factor in improving the economic condition of the enterprise. The subject of the research is theoretical and practical aspects of cash flow management at the enterprise. In the first section of the work, the essence and classification of cash flows at the enterprise were investigated, an analysis of publications related to the management of cash flows at the enterprise was carried out, the peculiarities of the management of cash flows at the enterprise and methodical approaches to the management of cash flows at the enterprise were considered. In the second chapter, a study of the state of the enterprise and the effectiveness of its cash flow management is carried out.
