Публічне управління та адміністрування не є винятком. В умовах війни працівники органів державної влади та муніципального самоврядування, а також інших державних установ та організацій, які виконують завдання державного управління, стикаються з новими викликами та проблемами. Мета дослідження: розробити ефективні механізми адаптації персоналу в сфері публічного управління та адміністрування в умовах війни. Під час дослідження теми, було розкрито поняття «адаптації персоналу», визначено особливості адаптації від час війни, проаналізовано зовнішні та внутрішні фактори впливу, а також вплив військових конфліктів на адаптацію. Також, в рамках дослідження було проаналізовано адаптацію персоналу на прикладах конкретних органів влади а також визначено проблеми адаптаційних процесів та запропоновано варіанти їх вирішення. The war in Ukraine led to significant changes in all areas of the state's life. Public management and administration are no exception. In the conditions of war, employees of state authorities and municipal self-government, as well as other state institutions and organizations that perform tasks of state administration, face new challenges and problems. The purpose of the study: to develop effective mechanisms for the adaptation of personnel in the field of public management and administration in wartime conditions. During the study of the topic, the concept of "personnel adaptation" was revealed, the features of adaptation since the war were determined, external and internal factors of influence were analyzed, as well as the influence of military conflicts on adaptation. Also, within the framework of the study, staff adaptation was analyzed on the examples of specific authorities, as well as the problems of adaptation processes were identified and options for their solutions were proposed. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
