Globalization and expansion of markets require companies to actively develop and manage their branches located in different countries or regions. However, to ensure the success of such a global presence, it is important to have an evaluation system in place to determine how effectively affiliates are adapting to local markets and performing their tasks. The purpose of the study is to develop proposals for improving the methods of analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of the functioning of branches in the organizational structure of the company. The object of research is the process of functioning of branches in the organizational structure. The subject of the study are the directions of evaluating the effectiveness of the functioning of branches in the organizational structure of the company. The approaches to assessment of the effectiveness of the functioning of branches in the structure of the organization have been studied. Paper includes analysis of various aspects affecting the success of branches, such as organizational structure, communication, leadership and resource allocation.
