Предметом дослідження є теоретичні та методичні основи, принципи, методології та інструменти щодо цифровізації бізнес-процесів, її світових трендів та можливостей для компаній. У першому розділі роботи проаналізовано теоретичні основи цифровізації у глобальному контексті, визначено основні глобальні тренди, виокремлено економічні переваги та ризики. У другому розділі досліджено методичні підходи щодо оцінки цифрової трансформації діяльності компанії, проведено порівняльних аналіз методичних підходів, описано процес збору та обробки даних, проведено аналіз та інтерпретацію даних. У третьому розділі роботи запропоновано рекомендації щодо стратегії цифровізації для українських компаній. The object of the research is the processes of digital transformation in business, in particular in the company Ukrposhta. The subject of the research is the theoretical and methodical foundations, principles, methodologies and tools for digitalization of business processes, its global trends and opportunities for companies. In the first chapter of the work, the theoretical foundations of digitization in the global context are analyzed, the main global trends are identified, and economic advantages and risks are highlighted. In the second chapter, methodical approaches to assessing the digital transformation of the company's activities were investigated, a comparative analysis of methodical approaches was conducted, the process of data collection and processing was described, and data analysis and interpretation was performed.
