Об’єктом дослідження є Сумський регіон. У першому розділі «Теоретичні аспекти знайомства з розробкою стратегій» розкривається визначення розробки стратегії і її значення, тобто навіщо її розробляти. А також звернено увагу на традиційні стратегічні концепції. У другому розділі «Розробка бізнес-стратегії» розглянуто процес розробки стратегії, наведено приклади розробки стратегій, та розглянуто критерії для розробки хорошої стратегії. У третьому розділі «Старегічне планування розвитку Сумського регіону» розглянуто важливе питання – з чого треба почати розробку планування, також звернуто увагу на систему стратегічного планування інтегрованого регіонального розвитку і надано ідеї стосовно розвитку Сумського регіону. The purpose of this work is to create ideas regarding the strategic planning of the development of the region. The object of the study is the Sumy region. The first chapter "Theoretical aspects of familiarity with strategy development" reveals the definition of strategy development and its meaning, i.e. why to develop it. Attention was also paid to traditional strategic concepts. The second chapter, "Business Strategy Development", reviews the strategy development process, provides examples of strategy development, and discusses criteria for developing a good strategy. In the third chapter "Ancient planning of the development of the Sumy region" an important question is considered - where to start the development of planning, attention is also drawn to the system of strategic planning of integrated regional development and ideas regarding the development of the Sumy region are provided. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
