У першому теоретичному розділі аналізуються підходи до участі міжнародних організацій у мотивації та забезпеченні місцевого розвитку, розглядаються питання різних концепцій місцевого розвитку залежно від участі місцевої громади у плануванні та реалізації проектів міжнародного розвитку. У другому розділі аналізується питання гострої потреби України в міжнародних коштах для післявоєнної відбудови громад. Охарактеризовано міжнародні організації та їх проекти, які реалізовувалися та реалізуються в Україні для цих цілей. The paper examines the role of international organizations in the implementation of local development projects throughout the world, and in Ukraine in particular. In the first theoretical section, approaches to the participation of international organizations in motivating and ensuring local development are analyzed, issues of various concepts of local development are considered depending on the participation of the local community in the planning and implementation of international development projects. The second chapter analyzes the issue of Ukraine's urgent need for international funds for the post-war reconstruction of communities.
