Зокрема, на прикладі успішного проекту Plastiks обговорено типові організаційні та комунікаційні аспекти та методи їх аналізу. Особлива увага приділяється комунікації в команді проекту. Досліджується важливість внутрішніх комунікацій для ефективності командної роботи та досягнення цілей проекту. Аналіз внутрішніх комунікацій допомагає виявити сильні та слабкі сторони комунікаційного процесу та знайти шляхи їх покращення. Результати дослідження підкреслюють важливість ефективної зовнішньої комунікації як ключового елементу розробки проекту. Зазначається, що якісна комунікація сприяє збільшенню аудиторії та цінності проекту шляхом формування довіри та взаємодії з користувачами. The paper considers the basic principles of project management and defines the role of communication processes in project development. In particular, using the example of he successful Plastiks project, typical organizational and communication aspects and methods of their analysis are discussed. Particular attention is paid to communications within the project team. The importance of internal communications for the effectiveness of teamwork and the achievement of project goals is explored. The analysis of internal communications helps to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the communication process and find ways to improve them. The results of the study emphasize the importance of effective external communication as a key element of project development.
