Важливо відзначити, що облік оплати праці ведеться в умовах постійних змін і реформ, а отже питання, пов'язані з нововведеннями та вдосконаленням цього процесу, завжди залишатимуться актуальними. Основною метою даного дослідження є розкриття суті обліку розрахунків з оплати праці, взаємопов’язаних з нею розрахунків, а також визначення шляхів його вдосконалення. Wages have a significant impact not only on the economic condition of the enterprise, determining its current and future results, but also on the social aspect, shaping the standard of living of the population. It is important to note that payroll accounting is conducted in conditions of constant changes and reforms, and therefore issues related to innovations and improvements of this process will always remain relevant.
