Зокрема, проводиться аналіз та оцінка різних міжнародних норм, конвенцій, декларацій та рекомендацій, які стосуються захисту прав внутрішньо переміщених осіб; досліджується національне законодавство України та вивчається практика органів влади, судових органів та громадських організацій у сфері захисту прав внутрішньо переміщених осіб. Виявлені проблеми, з якими зіштовхнуться внутрішньо переміщені особи при захисті своїх прав, як на міжнародному, так і національному рівні. Сформульовані конкретні рекомендації щодо удосконалення законодавства та практики захисту прав внутрішньо переміщених осіб відповідно до міжнародних стандартів. The paper studies and compares the protection of the rights of internally displaced persons at the national and international levels. In particular, the author analyzes and evaluates various international norms, conventions, declarations and recommendations related to the protection of the rights of internally displaced persons; examines the national legislation of Ukraine and studies the practice of the authorities, judicial bodies and public organizations in the field of protection of the rights of internally displaced persons. The problems faced by internally displaced persons in protecting their rights at both the international and national levels are identified. Specific recommendations for improving the legislation and practice of protecting the rights of internally displaced persons in accordance with international standards are formulated. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
