Мета роботи: ґрунтуючись на аналізі умов експлуатації деталі «матриця» вирубного штампу, запропонувати матеріал для виготовлення деталі та технологічний процес виготовлення виробу. Завдання: проаналізувати умови роботи деталі; проаналізувати літературні джерела щодо способів зміцнення штампового інструменту; раціонально обрати матеріал для виготовлення деталі; розробити технологічний процес виготовлення та термічної обробки виробу; обрати основне обладнання для термічної обробки. Методи дослідження – металографічні методи дослідження структури поверхневого шару сталей, випробування на твердість та випробування на міцність. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. В роботі обрано матеріал, запропоновано маршрутну технологію виготовлення деталі «матриця» штампу холодного деформування». The durability of stamps is affected by various factors, the main of which are: mechanical properties and condition of the material being stamped; configuration and dimensions of the part according to the contour, material thickness; manufacturability of the design of the part; technological features of operations; design features of stamps; materials for stamps, their thermal and chemical-thermal treatment; technology, manufacturing quality and assembly of stamp parts; type and condition of press equipment; conditions of operation of the stamp and the nature of the organization of the stamp economy. The purpose of the work: based on the analysis of the conditions of operation of the part "matrix" of the stamping die, to propose the material for the manufacture of the part and the technological process of manufacturing the product. Task: analyze the working conditions of the part; to analyze literary sources on methods of strengthening the stamp tool; rationally choose the material for the manufacture of the part; to develop the technological process of manufacturing and heat treatment of the product; choose the main equipment for heat treatment. Research methods – metallographic methods of studying the structure of the surface layer of steels, hardness tests and strength tests. Practical significance of the obtained results.
