Обрана марка конструкційної спадково-дрібнозернистої сталі, розроблена маршрутна технологія виготовлення деталі «Шестерня», запропоновано режим термічної та хімікотермічної обробки деталі. Після проведення всіх етапів термообробки було проведено дослідження структури сталі. В ході досліджень було обрано оптимальний варіант виготовлення деталі. In the course of the work, the working conditions of gear parts were analyzed and the requirements for the materials from which they are made are formulated. Selected brand structural hereditary fine-grained steel, route technology was developed for manufacture of the "Gear" part, the mode of thermal and chemical thermal treatment of the part is proposed.
