The phenomenon of information war, a component of informational and psychological operations in Ukraine, and the role of mass media in these processes have been studied. On the basis of a selection of UNIAN journalistic materials on a specific military topic, an anti-Russian information and psychological campaign regarding Russian mobilization was revealed, which can serve as an example of the response of the Ukrainian IPSO to the enemy.
