Вдосконалення законодавчих, наглядових та стратегічних ініціатив до регулювання діяльності банків з іноземним капіталом дасть змогу створити умови для ефективного його використання в Україні, що матиме позитивний вплив на вітчизняну банківську систему. Legislative norms regulating the admission of foreign capital to the domestic market of banking services are insufficiently effective in terms of regulating the presence of foreign banks with state capital of the donor country, which has a rather negative impact on the financial security of the banking system and the state as a whole. Improvement of legislative, supervisory and strategic initiatives to regulate the activity of banks with foreign capital will make it possible to create conditions for its effective use in Ukraine, which will have a positive impact on the domestic banking system. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
