Встановлено, що законодавство Латвії щодо діяльності центрального банку у повній мірі відповідає європейським стандартам та законодавству ЄС. Здійснено правовий аналіз судової практики, а саме досліджено справу Суду ЄС, в якій йшлося про незаконність прийняття рішення національного судового органу Латвії щодо голови центрального банку країни, що порушує принцип незалежності, встановлений статтею 7 Статуту та 130 ДФЄС. As a result of the study, the status of the central bank of the Republic of Latvia, its main tasks in regulating the financial market were analyzed. It has been established that Latvian legislation regarding the activities of the central bank fully complies with European standards and EU legislation. A legal analysis of judicial practice was carried out, namely, the case of the Court of Justice of the European Union, which discussed the illegality of the decision of the national judicial body of Latvia regarding the head of the country's central bank, which violates the principle of independence established by Article 7 of the Charter and 130 of the TFEU. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
