The authors explore modern approaches to the analysis of business models in the context of the digital transformation of enterprises. An analysis of the latest scientific publications was carried out to determine the key trends in this direction. An approach to the analysis of business process models is described, which takes into account the specifics of the enterprise's activities and its strategic goals in the conditions of digital transformation.
