Одночасно, ця діяльність передбачає розробку та впровадження конкретних заходів з метою мінімізації виявлених ризиків. Оцінка ефективності та контроль застосування цих заходів є також важливою складовою управління ризиками. В даному контексті, ризик розглядається як ймовірність порушення вимог законодавства України в сфері митної справи. Risk management in the context of customs activity is a complex work of customs authorities, which includes the analysis, definition and assessment of potential risks. At the same time, this activity involves the development and implementation of specific measures aimed at minimizing the identified risks. Evaluation of the effectiveness and control of the application of these measures is also an important component of risk management.
