Мета дослідження. - дослідити один з варіантів розв'язання проблеми працевлаштування новачків в ІТ без досвіду в реальних проєктах. The problem highlighted in this work is that in Ukraine there are many IT courses that promise high salaries, there are even more graduates of these courses who cannot get a job without work experience, which they have nowhere to take, because employers want to hire those in who has such experience.
