Розвиток відносин у сфері фінансових послуг та формування належного законодавства, призвело до відповідного створення і системи інституцій ЄС, які отримали назву Європейських фінансових регуляторів (ESA). Formation of a modern integrated EU securities market is one of the Community's priority tasks. This issue is quite important given the fact that the mechanism of legal regulation in this field is still in the process of formation and has not developed into an independent field of law as, for example, in the USA or the United Kingdom.
