Застосування того чи іншого фактору поза зв’язком з іншими ще не забезпечує сталого соціально-економічного розвитку закладу охорони здоров’я (ЗОЗ) в умовах реформування системи охорони здоров’я і переходу на нові умови господарювання. Для досягнення цих цілей потрібне комплексне використання перелічених факторів і всіх складових організаційно-економічного потенціалу, яке стає можливим лише завдяки упровадженню у ЗОЗ моделі економічного управління. The effectiveness of the activity of each medical institution depends on many factors - the degree of implementation of innovative technologies, the professionalism of the medical staff and the perfection of the motivation system, the availability of the necessary resources, the effectiveness of the organizational structure of the institution, the adequacy of the used management methods and tools, etc., but first of all - on the integration and balance of these factors under time of their use. The application of one or another factor out of connection with others does not yet ensure the sustainable socio-economic development of a health care institution (PHI) in the conditions of reforming the health care system and transition to new economic conditions. Achieving these goals requires a complex use of the listed factors and all components of the organizational and economic potential, which becomes possible only thanks to the implementation of the economic management model in health care facilities. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
