Modern global economic processes determine regional policy as an important element of the market economy, which is a determinant of the sustainable development of each state as a whole. Taking into account the processes of reforming the management system of Ukraine, the importance of regions in the implementation of economic transformations, especially in the conditions of martial law, is only growing.
