Це в свою чергу потребує визначення сутності комплементарної управлінської парадигми, як відповідної управлінської моделі. The term "complementarity" (from the English complementarity ‒ complementary) is used to explain the relevance of the combination of state and self-government influence on inclusive development, which takes place within the spatial boundaries of united territorial communities (UTCs) and districts of Ukraine.
