Інвестиції саме у людський капітал галузі охорони здоров’я України є вкрай важливими в умовах військової агресії рф проти України, високих природніх та міграційних втрат людських ресурсів країни, високого рівня інвалідизації і смертності через участь у бойових діях медичного персоналу, психологічного і професійного вигорання медичних працівників. З огляду на це, на нашу авторську думку, актуалізується сьогодні формування такої дефініції як «запас» людського капіталу галузі. The phenomenon of human capital today has so penetrated into all spheres of social and economic life of society that we can no longer fully cover this socio-economic phenomenon without analyzing its investment attractiveness. Investments in the human capital of the healthcare sector of Ukraine are extremely important in the conditions of the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, high natural and migratory losses of the country's human resources, a high level of disability and mortality due to participation in combat operations of medical personnel, psychological and professional burnout of medical workers .
