Так, як і у нас визначаються зміст авторського права, патентування винаходів, принципів належності автору права з дати виготовлення продукції. Разом з тим, зважаючи на наслідування Україною в деяких аспектах Естонії в питаннях інтелектуальної власності, існують і деякі моменти, що в Україні відмінні від Естонських. До таких відносяться як процесуальні – різниця у відмінності спеціалізованої системи судів, так і матеріальні – створення в Естонії Кодексу інтелектуальної власності, необхідність створення якого в Україні ще однозначно не узгоджена. Taking into account the single original regulatory sources operating in Ukraine and Estonia, in general, the system of functioning of intellectual property rights is similar in our country and in the studied Baltic state. Just as in our country, the content of copyright, patenting of inventions, principles of copyright ownership are defined from the date of production of products. At the same time, taking into account Ukraine's imitation of Estonia in some aspects of intellectual property, there are also some points that are different in Ukraine from Estonia. These include both procedural - the difference in the differences of the specialized court system, and material - the creation of the Intellectual Property Code in Estonia, the necessity of which has not yet been clearly agreed upon in Ukraine. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
