Держава створює умови для повного здійснення громадянами права на працю. Кожен має право на належні, безпечні і здорові умови праці, на заробітну плату, не нижчу від визначеної законом. Ця стаття не лише декларує право на безпечні умови праці, а й констатує обов'язок держави охороняти здоров'я працівників у процесі реалізації їх права на працю. In Ukraine, the right to work is enshrined in Article 43 of the Constitution of Ukraine, which declares that everyone has the right to work, which includes the opportunity to earn a living by work that he freely chooses or freely agrees to. The state creates conditions for citizens to fully exercise their right to work. Everyone has the right to proper, safe and healthy working conditions, to wages not lower than those determined by law.
