At the current stage of social development, in the conditions of reforming the economic and social system, modernization of all spheres of modern life, the issue of realizing the right to housing is of particular importance. The Institute of Social Housing Rental is one of the legal means of implementing the social policy of Ukraine, aimed at ensuring decent living conditions for the categories of citizens defined in the law.
