Окрім того, за допомогою генетичних маркерів можна відстежити ризики та схильності до травм та захворювань, які можуть стати причиною раптової смерті у спортсменів. Встановлено, що спортивні досягнення залежать від генетики на 80% та на 20% залежать від способу життя та мотивації. Знання генетичних закономірностей необхідні для правильної організації тренувального процесу у спорті, а й у заняттях масової фізичної культурою. In theses, it is noted that sports and genetics are two concepts that are interconnected. In addition, genetic markers can be used to track risks and propensities for injuries and diseases that can cause sudden death in athletes. It has been established that sports achievements depend on genetics for 80% and for 20% depend on lifestyle and motivation.
