In the dissertation, a comprehensive and special scientific theoretical-historical study of problems related to the understanding of the social and legal value of women in Ukraine during the Middle Ages was carried out. The regularities and peculiarities of understanding the phenomenon of the social and legal value of a woman during the times of Kyivan Rus, in the period of the 15th - the first half of the 17th century, as well as during the Hetmanship period, are consistently and logically highlighted. popup.nrat_date 2025-07-17 Close
