Розкривши у вступі дисертаційної праці актуальність теми та її значимість для дослідження з позицій фінансового права, авторкою, у першому розділі, присвяченому дослідженню загальнотеоретичних питань, розглянуто сутність інституту альтернативного оподаткування як наукової категорії із позиції правового забезпечення податкових відносин юридичних осіб. Авторкою зазначається, що однією із головних ознак альтернативності системи оподаткування є вільний вибір її платником податків. Саме можливість самостійно обирати ту чи іншу систему оподаткування за власним вибором, на сій розсуд є ознакою альтернативної системи оподаткування. The dissertation is one of the first Ukrainian complex studies of legal support of legal entities’ alternative taxation systems. Having revealed in the introduction of the dissertation the relevance of the topic and its significance for research from the standpoint of financial law, the author devoted the first chapter to the study of general theoretical issues, considered the essence of the institute of alternative taxation as a scientific category from the standpoint of legal support of legal entities’ tax relations. The author notes that one of the main signs of the alternative taxation system is the free choice of the taxation system by taxpayer.
