У роботі визначено поняття, юридичну природу та властивості системи запобігання правопорушенням у фінансовій сфері. Окрему увагу приділено характеристиці видів і методів запобігання фінансовим правопорушенням, висвітлено питання правового статусу та правосуб’єктності органів державної влади. На основі здійсненого аналізу запропоновано рекомендації щодо удосконалення відповідних нормативноправових актів та практики їх застосування. The dissertation is a comprehensive study of the legal regulation of crime prevention in the financial sphere. The work defines the concept, legal nature and properties of the system of preventive measures from the point of view of financial law. Particular attention is paid to the characteristics of types and methods of prevention of financial offenses, the issue of legal status and legal personality of state authorities is highlighted.
