За результатами дослідження сформульовані наступні висновки: Науково-аналітичний огляд зарубіжних і вітчизняних досліджень дозволив розкрити сутність поняття «виробничий конфлікт» як зіткнення протилежно спрямованих, несумісних інтересів, тенденцій та міжособистісних взаємостосунків співробітників трудового колективу. Структурний аналіз виробничого конфлікту виявив його архітектоніку, що складається з таких елементів: сторони (учасники, суб’єкти) конфлікту; діяльність організації (об'єкт конфлікту). Удосконалено методичне забезпечення з розв’язання виробничих конфліктів, зокрема методи їх діагностики, прогнозування, регулювання та вирішення. Theoretically justified and a program of psychoeducation of industrial conflicts in the workforce was developed, its effectiveness was empirically verified. Based on the results of the research, the following conclusions were formulated: Scientific-analytical review of foreign and domestic studies made it possible to reveal the essence of the concept of "industrial conflict" as a clash of oppositely directed, incompatible interests, trends and interpersonal relationships of employees of the labor team. The structural analysis of the industrial conflict revealed its architecture consisting of the following elements: parties (participants, subjects) of the conflict; activity of the organization (the object of the conflict). The methodical support for resolving industrial conflicts has been improved, in particular the methods of their diagnosis, forecasting, regulation and resolution. popup.nrat_date 2025-07-17 Close
