Висвітлено поняття адаптаційних механізмів особистості в трудовому колективі. Проведено емпіричне дослідження взаємозалежності адаптаційних механізмів від рівня розвитку комунікативних здібностей. Запропоновано використати результати у професійній діяльності практичного, клінічного психолога при професійному супроводі клієнта в період адаптації. In the qualification work, the issue of theoretical methodological aspects of the formation of communicative abilities is highlighted, the scientific significance is given, and the methodological support for the improvement of this topic is also considered. The concept of adaptation mechanisms of the individual in the work team is highlighted. An empirical study of the interdependence of adaptation mechanisms with the level of development of communicative abilities was conducted.
