У другому розділі проводиться емпіричне дослідження психологічних чинників професійного вигорання у підприємців. У третьому розділі наводяться методика і організація формувального експерименту, зміст і структура тренінгу з профілактики та подолання професійного вигорання у підприємців, а також проводиться аналіз ефективності впровадження тренінгу. Одержані результати можуть бути використані для підготовки підприємців з проблеми профілактики та подолання професійного стресу. The subject of the study is the prevention of professional burnout among entrepreneurs. The object of the study is professional burnout of the individual. The basis of the study is the entrepreneurs of Kyiv and the Kyiv region. The first chapter provides an analysis of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of the problem of psychological factors of professional burnout among entrepreneurs. In the second chapter,an empirical study of psychological factors of professional burnout among entrepreneurs is carried out. In the third chapter, the method and organization of the formative experiment, the content and structure of the training on the prevention and overcoming of professional burnout among entrepreneurs are presented, as well as the analysis of the effectiveness of the training implementation is carried out.
