Побудовано багатофакторну модель Дюпон, яка відображує комплексну оцінку фінансового потенціалу закладу, його сильні та слабкі фінансові сторони. Надано рекомендації щодо покращення результатів фінансового аналізу та конкурентоспроможності. Показники фінансового аналізу розраховані за даними фінансової звітності ПРАТ «Президент Готель» за 2020–2021 роки. In order to determine the level of competitiveness, the article analyzes the financial condition and financial performance indicators of the hotel business enterprise "President Hotel" for 2020-2021. An analysis of the profitability of activity, liquidity and solvency are analyzed, the level of financial stability and business activity is determined. The calculated indicators are compared in dynamics. A multi-factor DuPont model was built, which reflects a comprehensive assessment of the financial potential of the institution, its strengths and weaknesses. Recommendations for improving the results of financial analysis and competitiveness.
