Автором досліджуються основні етапи формалізації та нормативного урегулювання взаємовідносин України з МКС. Проаналізована відповідна нормативно-правова база у цій царині. Акцентується увага на тому, що безпека світового правопорядку, ефективність міжнародного права як нормативного регулятора стабільності системи міжнародних відносин, в подальшому неможлива без співробітництва України з Міжнародним кримінальним судом задля уникнення неприпустимості безкарності за злочини проти людяності, які скоює російська федерація. The article is devoted to the analysis of cooperation between Ukraine and the International Criminal Court in the field of responsibility for crimes against humanity. The author examines the main stages of formalization and regulatory regulation of relations between Ukraine and the ISS. The relevant legal framework in this area is analyzed. Attention is focused on the fact that the security of the world legal order, the effectiveness of international law as a normative regulator of the stability of the system of international relations, is impossible in the future without the cooperation of Ukraine with the International Criminal Court in order to avoid the inadmissibility of impunity for crimes against humanity committed by the Russian Federation. popup.nrat_date 2025-07-17 Close
