При цьому найвищу юридичну силу має саме цей законодавчий акт. У свою чергу, закони та інші нормативно-правові акти, включаючи й ті, що регулюють правові відносини у сфері діяльності органів пенсійного та іншого соціального забезпечення населення України, мають прийматись на основі Конституції України і повинні відповідати їй (ч. 1 ст. 8 Основного закону України). Більше того, як це витікає із змісту ч. 2 ст. 19 Конституції України, органи державної влади, до яких, зокрема, відносяться й органи Пенсійного фонду України, та їх посадові особи зобов’язані діяти лише на підставі та у спосіб, що передбачені Конституцією та законами України. In accordance with the requirements of Part 1 of Art. 8 of the Constitution of Ukraine, our state recognizes the rule of law applies.
