The highest activity of agricultural land sales and purchases is observed primarily in the central regions of Ukraine, where the share of agricultural land in circulation exceeds 1%. The development of the land market in Ukraine is marked by important changes and new opportunities, in particular with the introduction of the second stage of the land market for legal entities on January 1, 2024, which in turn has led to increased investor interest and development of the agricultural sector.
