На основі здійсненого дослідження було надано рекомендації в частині практичного застосування ЕРСконтрактів для реалізації проектів будівництва об’єктів відновлювальної енергетики, розроблено можливі шляхи для вдосконалення чинної нормативно-правової бази, що полегшить їх належну правову адаптацію, досліджено найбільш поширені ризики, які виникають під час їх укладення та виконання тощо. The dissertation is devoted to the study of the legal regulation of the conclusion and execution of EPC contracts for the needs of renewable energy, as well as to the development of recommendations on this basis for improving the relevant legislative provisions and the practice of its application. On the basis of the conducted research, recommendations were given regarding the practical application of EPC contracts for the implementation of renewable energy projects, possible ways to improve the current regulatory and legal framework were developed, which will facilitate their proper legal adaptation, the most common risks that arise under the time of their conclusion and execution, etc. popup.nrat_date 2025-08-18 Close
